The two ranges share the same V-Spec quality standard but use different materials. V-Spec Poly Shutters are full PVC with aluminium core reinforcement, designed as a cost-effective entry-level option. V-Spec Hybrid Shutters pair real timber louvres with our Poly100 framing, delivering a lighter, more thermally efficient and more sustainable product at a price point that still competes with full PVC alternatives.

Both options are suitable for wet areas, which is one of the biggest advantages of choosing V-Spec. V-Spec Poly Shutters resist moisture thanks to their full PVC construction, while V-Spec Hybrid Shutters use a waterproof Poly100 frame and moisture-resistant timber louvres. Your consultant can recommend the best fit based on your room, exposure and overall budget.

Many of our customers specify V-Spec Hybrid Shutters in living and feature areas where the timber louvres can shine, then use V-Spec Poly Shutters in secondary rooms or wet areas to stretch their budget.
